Shipping - We offer Free Shipping within the UK, for all other international countries there is a small charge of £3.25 shipping. All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Second Class Delivery, unless other arrangements are made. If products in stock, shipments usually arrive within 7 days, but please allow up to 28 days for receipt. Should we be unable to dispatch your goods as agreed we will contact you to inform you with our estimated dispatch date. If you are not happy with this you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order. Returns - Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund by notifying us within 7 days from the day after you receive the product. We will ensure a refund (excluding return costs) is made within 30 days. If there is no fault the cost of return of the goods is down to the customer. The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods are not damaged. In the event of the goods being faulty a full refund including the cost of returning the goods will be made. If you order goods and need to return them it will be down to you as a customer to send the goods back and a credit note will be issued for the value of the goods only. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
