TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
The following is the terms of the agreement between Fromeast.co.uk("Company")
and the buyer ("Buyer") of goods or services through the Company's Web site
(the "Site"). Buyer agrees to review this Contract prior to purchasing anything
and purchase of a good or service shall be deemed acceptance of this Contract.
1. Introduction.
Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Online Contract ("Contract")
with respect to the goods, services and information provided by or through the
Site. This Contract constitutes the entire and only agreement between the Company
and Buyer, and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations,
warranties, and understandings with respect to the goods, services and information
provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Contract. Buyer
agrees to review this Contract prior to purchasing anything and purchase of
a good or service shall be deemed acceptance of this Contract.
2. Copyright.
The content, organization, gathering, compilation, magnetic translation, digital
conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable
copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to
intellectual property) rights, and, the copying, redistribution, use or publication
by a Buyer of any such content or any part of the Site is prohibited.
3. Editing, Deleting, and Modification.
Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to edit or delete any information
or content appearing on the Site and to remove any goods and services for sale.
Upon notice published over the Service, Company may modify this Contract, or
prices, and may discontinue or revise any or all aspects of the Site in its
sole discretion and without prior notice. Modification of this Contract will
be deemed effective upon publication on the Site with respect to transactions
occurring after said date.
4. Right to Refuse.
Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse service at any time.
Sale of any goods or services is subject to availability.
5. Indemnification.
Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Company and its affiliates, licensors
and suppliers harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including
reasonable attorney's fees, related to a Buyer's violation of this Contract
or use of the Site.
6. Notice
Notices may be made
via either email or regular mail. The Website may also provide notices of changes
to the T&C or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices on
the Website.
7. Copyrights
The Service Provider
respects the intellectual property rights of others and we ask our users to
do the same.
8. General Information
The T&C constitute
the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider and govern your use
of the Website, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Service
Provider (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the T&C).
You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when
you use affiliate or other Service Provider websites, third-party content or
third-party software. The T&C and the relationship between you and the Service
Provider shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard

9. Return/Refund Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction. Please inspect your delivery parcel as soon

if any product is missing, damaged or incorrectly dispatched. Please do not
open the packaging of any articles sent incorrectly as it needs to be returned
to us in its original condition. Please notify us of any mistakes or damages
within forty eight hours in order that the problems can be remedied at the earliest
convenience. If the product you receive is not as you expected, you may return
it in its original packaging, within 14 days for a refund. Please note you will
be responsible for shipping charges and there will be a 15% re-stocking charge
for undamaged goods.
10. Purchasing from us
To purchase
from us you must be over 18. By
submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use
your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing
your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details
for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details
are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Care immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order.
All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Subject to not selling below our cost price. VAT will be charged on all prices (including carriage) at a rate of 17.5%. Allow ten working days for cheque clearance. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.

Delivery
We aim
to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an
exact delivery date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments but
will not charge any extra delivery for this. If we have not delivered the goods
within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will
refund any money paid by you.
If the goods have been dispatched and then returned by the shipping company due to problem with the address Henna-Paste.com will re-ship to an alternative address, however additional charges will apply the customer can also request a refund in which shipping costs already incurred and re-stocking charges will be deducted.

Handling Complaints
We endeavour to making shopping with fromeast.co.uk as pleasant and trouble
free as possible. We fully appreciate that on occasions things can go wrong.
