Guarantee

Guarantees for all products are manufacturers guarantees unless otherwise specified. Prior approval from Specialist Equine is required for all warranty returns where the warranty is provided by Specialist Equine. Warranty is restricted to the original purchaser only. Liability under all warranties, express or implied, shall be limited to replacement or credit of the product value only.>

Payment & Prices

Title of all goods remains with Specialist Equine until paid for in full. All orders are subject to acceptance by Specialist Equine at the prices in effect at the time of despatch. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns

Prior authorisation is required in order to return goods. When approval for a return has been given, transportation charges back to Specialist Equine should be pre-paid by the customer. A 20% re-stocking charge will be applied. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Returned goods will not be accepted after a period of three months from the date of the purchase has passed.
